Yaw Power Products is located in Phoenix, Arizona, and offers Mazda rotary racing engines, and chassis engineering and fabrication services for the professional and amateur racer.

The company principals are Dan Murphy and Paul Yaw.

Dan Murphy is a businessman who spent a substantial portion of his life driving race cars at the professional level. Like everyone else, he started at the amateur level, but quickly moved up through the open wheel ranks which ultimately led to his position as head driver for Cicada Racing during their Indy Car campaign from 1973 through 1975.

After the team pulled out of the Indy Car series in 1976, he moved to Europe where he drove Sports Prototypes until his eventual retirement as a professional driver in 1990.

Paul Yaw has a mechanical engineering background, and first got involved in racing at the age of 19 building engines for a local team Running a Mazda RX-7 in SCCA'a GT-3 class.

"Bit by the bug" as they say, he quickly moved on to building engines for other teams, and opened for business as Yaw Power Products.

Over the years Yaw Power Products has progressed to the point where all engineering, fabrication, and machine work now is done in house.
